Using the website
You may use this website to browse our equipment and services and to send us enquiries. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Equipment, specifications and pricing
- Equipment listings, specifications, hours and photographs are provided as a guide and may contain errors or change without notice. Confirm the details of any specific machine with us before purchasing.
- Where a price is shown, it is in Australian dollars and includes GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice and stock may sell before a listing is updated.
- Some equipment is shown as "Enquire for price" where manufacturer terms restrict advertised pricing.
- Photographs may be illustrative; the machine you receive is the specific unit described.
Enquiries are not a contract
Sending an enquiry, or receiving a quote, does not create a contract of sale. Any sale, service, parts supply or finance arrangement is subject to a separate agreement and to availability. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.
Manufacturer brands and trademarks

Product availability and dealership arrangements can change; confirm the current range with Tracpower.
Intellectual property
The content, layout and design of this website are owned by Tracpower or used under licence, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission, except manufacturer materials which remain the property of their owners.
Your consumer rights
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right or remedy you have under that law. Those rights apply in addition to any voluntary or manufacturer warranty.
